System Requirements

e-Quantum software can run on a single computer or within a network of computers. A network allows multiple workstations to simultaneously access the e-Quantum programs and files and perform processing. The network we currently utilize is Windows 2008 or higher for 6 users or more or a Windows Workgroup (peer to peer) for 5 or less users.

The Pervasive (Actian PSQL) data base engine is required for e-Quantum and included with your original software purchase. Actian Zen V14 is the current version. Please contact to determine if your current Pervasive data base engine requires upgrading or if you require additional users.


PERFORMING A DAILY BACKUP IS ESSENTIAL! The backup system resident in Windows is acceptable. An automated system is recommended, the choice of media (tape, CD, etc.) is left to the client's preferences. It is also recommended to maintain 7-30 days of back-up to ensure backup integrity.
